Dr. Hossein Kazemian has received his PhD in Analytical chemistry in 1999. Since 1993 up to 2008, he worked as assistant professor and associate professor faculty memeber at NSTRI, Tehran, Iran. He also collaborated with several Iranian Universities and research institutions for over 10 years. He supervised more than 50 PhD and MSc students as well as several R&D projects in different disciplines including chemistry, chemical, material, and environmental engineering. In 2009, he joint UKM university in Malaysia as a senior research fellow for 8 months, then joined the University of Western Ontario (UWO) as research associate on October 2009. His main scientific interests are synthesis, characterization and applications of porous zeolitic nano materials as adsorbents, catalyst, drug carriers, as well as environmental frindly processes. So far he has published over 260 scientific articles in the form of Books, Book Chapters, Patents, and Papers in Peer Reviewed Journals and Conference Proceedings.
